Maternity Right to Refuse?

My obstetrician will not do VBACS (l birth after c-section) and I really want a natural birth this time! I am having no problem whatsoever thusfar (I'm 25 weeks along). What if he refuses to let me have a natural birth? Can he do that? Do you know a site that I can visit that deals with patient maternal rights? I live in Alabama.
