About GRE admissions?

i have done btech in elctrncs instrumentation & control engg frm an avg college wid 67% mrks. i wl b givin gre nxt mnth and wl b joinin infosys technologies in december. i expct 1300 or abve score in gre. i belong to a middle clas family. plz suggest me the course i shud go for and gud univrsties.. shud i opt for my brnch related course in MS or software related as i wl b havin exprnce in infy..
