Pain between my testicles and rectum?

I am 14 and for a few months I had what seemed to be an inguinal hernia. I would have pain between my testicles and rectum. the thing is, I didn't have a lump anywhere. and just a day or two ago, Ive been having pains that were not quite as severe, but would seem to come out of nowhere, that lasted all day. they seemed to be most prominent while I was sitting upright. the pain isn't very bad but it is a little bit unnerving, so I would appreciate a serious answer.
