Our town council really controls the town?

Tyrone Oklahoma is not a place to move to if you value your peace, and a nice clean neighborhood. Tyrone is full of junk and barking dogs, and the Town council doesnt want to address these issues. I have tried for over 6 years to get the town to be free from unruly dogs and completely useless junk in my neighborhood. The council wont help me or anyone else. They just sit on their ******, tell a few jokes, and tell the citizens to shut up about complaining. I am not the only one who doesnt like whats going on in this town, but their complaints fall on deaf ears too. So its not just one persons opinion.
