Is it free speech only for Muslims in the UK?

Sounds like America, where Mexicans protesting against immigration reform actually took down an American flag (I think it was outside a post office in California) and ran the Mexican standard up the pole instead. But that was ok, free speech and all you know. Maybe the Government officials don't want to offend the radical Muslims in England because they're afraid they'll tolerantly chop off their heads if they do. After all, look how ape crap they went over some cartoons of their supposed 'prophet'.
