Who is the actor in the Simpson's Tree House of Horror episode with fireworks and flare?

It was one of the more recent Tree House of Horror episodes. I believe it was the episode in which Homer Simpson is killing celebrities and this flamboyant gentleman comes out of Heaven with sparklers and fireworks. He was chubby with a mustache and white hair. I am trying to research him and I thought it was something 'Winkle.' Any help?
