What file types can i delete from my C' Drive?

Its 99% full, but ive got loads of files that i have no idea what they are for...they end in.... .msp .old .ci .rbf .msp they are taking up tons of space...what can i safely delete? Please be honest..I dont want to crash my PC...! Is there any other files i can delete??
