Go to the Dr. You could well have been pregnant since October as home tests can quite often show a false negative. Admittedly it would be an unusual situation but not totally unfeasable. Better to be safe than sorry! They can do a blood test which will be conclusive and if you are not pregnant, they can help find if there are any other issues. Good luck.
