Question about buying a truck?

How much are dealers willing to come down off the sticker price? Im sure they expect the customer to haggle alittle, but on average how much would one be willing to come down? I'm looking at a used Titan for 15900 with 50000 miles on it. And also, can you get a 5 year financing plan on a used truck?
