Is my friend being obsessive?

It sounds creepy a little bit lol but the thing is, I'm sure every person who feels that way about somebody thinks about the same exact thing she does except she's saying it all out loud in great detail which makes it seems stalkerish..... If she wasn't telling you how she felt she would still be thinking it :)
