BIG question, if someone at work offered for money?

My husband was offered for money from a woman he use to work with at his old job, this was recent like a couple of days ago. He has not worked there in 2 years and I found a recent email of his where he is asking how much and what does he get in return, she replies with an amount $400 dollars and the email continues in horrid display of stupidity. So I was going to email her boss in the department as well as the hr manager etc. so they could decide if a prostitute is something needed at there company, I am sure with all the problems with ual harment that they would have problems with her doing stuff like this, as well as considering she is trying to make deals while she is at work as well as her male bosses can leer at her. Hey maybe she charges less for a quicke. Well my guy is begging not to do it, well it can effect us, how? Besides if I were you I would never admit that I worked at that company on any resume when I get done. As well as I am leaving him. So should I do it
