Do all Poker site that come from the same network have all the same players?

Like Eric said, the network is the same. I believe it is because of the same server used. I'm not sure if other poker sites have independent servers, as international sites like above. But other languages might have different networks, you know, because it needs to be translated. (European wouldn't go by the same server Russians would) WWW yes, but there are different languages. Etc...
